Over a 1000 sidecars showed up at the 25th Sidecar Meeting in Reddighausen, Germany. Enduro's and cross, streetbikes and caferaces, high-tec and customs, scooters and classics; really everything that had two wheels was equipped with that extra wheel. 

If I had to describe the average sidecar driver I would say '3 B's'; a beard, a belly and (a lot of) beer. 

We arrived on friday in the sun, we left on sunday in the rain.

SIDE CAR CHOPPER

I wonder why people use three wheels when you can drive with two… Sidecars riders do always look a kind of daft to me. But despite their strange behavior, I have decided to join the group to go to the Euro-Sidecar-Meeting in Reddighausen, Germany…and certainly now Frank has announced to throw his barbecue into his homemade sidecar! Off we go. (But I will definitely go on two wheels!)
